Delete your account and data
You can delete your KoiKeep account and everything in it at any time. The quickest way is inside the app.
Delete it in the app
- Open KoiKeep and go to the Profile tab.
- Tap Password & account.
- Tap Delete Account and confirm.
Your account is deleted straight away. You'll be signed out, and you can't undo it.
Can't get into the app? Email us
Email us from the address you use to sign in to KoiKeep. The button below fills in the subject line for you.
We'll reply to confirm the request comes from the account's owner, delete the account within 30 days, and email you once it's done.
What gets deleted
- Your account: email address, display name and sign-in details
- Your ponds, water tests, journal entries, koi records, reminders, custom varieties, favourites and preferences
- Every photo and video you uploaded
- The notification token for your devices
After deletion, copies may stay in our hosting provider's encrypted backups for a short time until they are overwritten. Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription. Cancel it in your App Store or Google Play settings, and note that Apple and Google keep their own purchase records. See the Privacy Policy for more.
