Something not working the way it should, or an idea for making KoiKeep better? We'd like to hear about it.
Email support
Email us and describe what's happening. KoiKeep is made by an independent developer who reads every message and replies as soon as possible.
To help us sort it out quickly, please include:
- Your phone model (for example, iPhone 15 or Pixel 9) and its iOS or Android version
- The KoiKeep version, shown under Profile → About KoiKeep
- What you were doing when the problem happened, and which screen you were on
- A screenshot, if you have one
Quick answers
- Forgot your password? On the email sign-in screen, use the forgot-password option and we'll email you a reset link.
- Prefer °C or °F? Switch the temperature unit in the Profile tab.
- Want different readings on your home screen? Tap the gear on the Pond health today card on the Home tab to choose your tiles.
- Want to delete your account? Go to Profile → Password & account → Delete Account. The data deletion page has the details.
